Advise on financing strategies, reforms, and resource use, working closely with governments and international partners to advance sustainable and equitable health systems
Develop financial sustainability and transition plans
Provide expertise in health financing, costing, efficiency, and insurance systems
Support financing design, negotiations, and implementation
Manage technical assistance and capacity-building activities
Analyze data and engage with country stakeholders and global partners
Contribute to innovative financing approaches

Advanced degree in health economics, health financing, economics, or public health
Strong experience in health financing, public finance, or development finance
Experience supporting countries to strengthen health financing systems
Proven collaboration with partners such as: Global Fund, Gavi, WHO, bilateral donors
Proven collaboration with Ministries of Health / Finance, technical agencies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent English; good French preferred
Solid academic background in health economics / health financing
Experience working with development partners and country programmes
Ability to translate analysis into practical policy solutions
