NEOVIVA is a premium Private Recovery Clinic specialising in addiction and affective disorders, located on the shores of Lake Lucerne. The clinic helps English-speaking clients from Switzerland and across the globe regain their health and purpose, offering a workplace defined by emotional safety and mutual respect.

Aufgaben

Respond to and follow up on enquiries from potential clients by phone or email in a timely and professional manner
Identify prospective clients' needs and provide information, guidance and support to address their concerns
Coordinate with referring partners, partner hospitals and other services
Actively re-engage prospects and reconnect with passive leads
Exercise sound judgement when handling complex client requests while remaining flexible, compassionate and non-judgemental
Manage the admission, onboarding and discharge process in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, referring professionals and business partners
Maintain accurate records of all client-related activities in the CRM system and manage databases of prospective, current and former clients, referring parties and business partners
Provide regular reports to management

Profil

Experience in healthcare, ideally within the mental health sector
Unbiased, client-centred and quality-focused approach
Empathetic and caring personality with strong listening skills — helping others is your calling
Equally motivated by individual achievement and interdisciplinary teamwork, always with the best interests of clients and the company in mind
Self-starter, never satisfied with the status quo, with a curious mindset, willingness to explore new approaches and commitment to going the extra mile
Open-minded, socially competent and appreciative in interactions, able to work effectively with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent command of English (C2 professional proficiency); additional languages are a plus
Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationality or EU/EFTA citizenship)
