Sales & Training Supervisor, Travel Retail EMEA

• Support achievement of Travel Retail sales targets through structured follow-up and on-the-floor coaching
• Monitor performance and execute improvement actions to increase sell-out results
• Drive counter performance by coaching advisors and Beauty Consultants on cross-selling/link-selling techniques, service standards, and customer engagement
• Train advisors and Beauty Consultants on product knowledge, demonstration, storytelling, Japanese cosmetics rituals, customer profiling, closing techniques
• Motivate teams through a comprehensive program
• Plan, organize, and deliver online and physical training sessions and meetings
• Conduct frequent knowledge questionnaires and verify learning gaps
• Perform regular visual merchandising checks across airports and ferries
• Ensure counters/shops align with brand standards (new launches, layout, presentation, testers, offers, signage, hygiene, cleanliness)
• Provide practical, actionable advice to Beauty Consultants to improve visual merchandising
• Track training completion, questionnaire results, action plans
• Report on stock management
• Prepare reporting and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Liaise with sales and trade marketing teams on material needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training topics and organize yearly seminars

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Fluency in at least one Northern/Western European language is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics sales
• Strong understanding of sales drivers: conversion, add-on sales, upselling, customer journey
• Strong motivation to reach targets and improve performance
• Experience training and coaching retail beauty teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and develop Beauty Consultants
• Ability to assess performance and coach with clarity and regular follow-ups
• Experience conducting visual merchandising checks and correcting gaps according to brand standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting and trackers; PowerPoint for training decks and presentations)

• Location: Based in Zürich
• Travel: Approximately 60-70% throughout EMEA region
• Flexibility regarding travel schedules, including occasional early morning, evening, and weekend travel, is required
• Hybrid working model (home and office)
