In order to reinforce the Visual Merchandising team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a Senior Visual Merchandising Project Leader 100%.

Aufgaben

Manage all the visual merchandising campaigns for the collaboration
Creation of the VM concept and Guidelines
Work closely with the HQ departments: retail team, advertising, communication, event, product managment
Work in collaboration with all markets to guide them (new store opening and new launches)
Brief the suppliers and creation of samples
Main responsible for the collaborations with OMEGA and Blancpain
VM responsible for American markets (incl CA, USA, MX and LATAM) and Switzerland
Development / design of VM new tools

Profil

Awesome visual design skills and strategic visual merchandising vision to help creating next-generation visual merchandising for a dynamic and engaged brand base
Highly flexible, detail-oriented, committed and a proactive team player with creative, organizational, multi-task skills and a hands-on attitude
Excellent communication skills
Degree in Visual Communications, Interior Design, or Visual Merchandising
Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably within an international retail environment. Experience in watches, fashion, accessories, or a design agency is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Proficiency in SketchUp or AutoCAD
Strong visual awareness with a flair for contemporary and impactful design solutions
Up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, with a solid understanding of typography, colour, and composition
Ability to lead projects from concept through implementation and final delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to translate brand strategy into impactful retail concepts with a strong commercial mindset
Experience with international store openings and visual merchandising implementation
Experience managing suppliers, agencies, and project budgets
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Willing to travel internationally
Fluent in English, German and/or French is a great asset
