Helvetic Motion AG is a young, dynamic, independent Swiss SME specializing in individual mobility, operating the brands Alamo Rent a Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental as a franchise partner of Enterprise Mobility. We deliver flexible mobility solutions 365 days a year in Switzerland and worldwide with an open, agile, and transparent culture featuring flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes.

Aufgaben

Gain practical experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations
Work closely with experienced teams and build strong customer relationships
Take on real responsibilities from day one with support from senior leadership
Collaborate across operations, sales, customer experience, finance, logistics, and people management

Profil

Completed or soon-to-be completed higher education
Preferably first leadership experience
Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands-on mentality
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results
Passion for interacting with customers, selling and delivering outstanding services
Fast learner and self-driven
Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
Valid Category B driver's license
Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays)
