As part of the Project Management Chapter, the Global Project Manager (GPM) plays a key role in optimized product delivery, accountable for all project management aspects of various projects. The GPM translates and drives projects into products and enables the organization to use energy and time effectively while quickly responding to changing business needs across the portfolio.

Aufgaben

Sets up & implements project/program/product structures for product development & product care activities including communication management, timelines, resource and budget plans, progress, and cost control
Creates, coordinates, and maintains integrated project plans including dependencies, resources, and budgets allowing the teams to work efficiently and effectively
Accountable for quality implementation in projects: Project risk management, Critical path analysis, Scenario creation and analysis, Budget, and robust planning
Consistently executes project management processes including guiding and managing preparation for milestone reviews, capacity reviews (cQCR, SCR & fQCR)
Selects project methodology and applies agile methods as appropriate, including coaching and guiding teams in project methodology including agile practices
Works in a hybrid Agile role combining Agile methods with non-Agile techniques as needed
Manages meetings and knowledge sharing between project/product teams to enhance project effectiveness and optimized delivery
Establishes, measures, and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), standard metrics, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or Outcome Based Planning (OBPs)
Acts as a trusted advisor with a 360° view to advise and support project/product teams and the broader organization in holistic planning, project risk management, scenario creation and critical path analysis
Identifies project risks and describes potential implications for budget, timeline, and scope
Manages project/product team information to support decision-making on a portfolio level
Acts as Agile Program Manager as defined by Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) where applicable
Works closely with Sub-Chapter Leads, Network Leads, Functional Partners, Finance, Portfolio Management, Analytics & Insights, and other chapters
Coaches other members of the project/product team and peers, develops new skills, and provides ongoing constructive feedback on performance and progress
Identifies and communicates areas for improvement and potential solutions

Profil

Bachelor's degree in a technical or natural sciences field
Proven experience in Assay Development with a background in Software Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience (up to 15 years welcome)
Solid expertise in both Waterfall and Agile (SAFe/Hybrid) environments
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite
Proficiency with Project Management Software (Monday, ADO, Planisware)
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
German language skills (helpful)
Great Stakeholder and Communication Skills
Well organized
