Über den Job

Autovermietung ZH GmbH operates a vehicle rental business at Zurich Airport under the Green Motion brand, with a fleet of around 160 vehicles and 8 employees. We are looking for a specialist to take ownership of this proprietary ERP application — its operation, further development and rollout to other businesses in our partner network — and to analyse the operational data it produces for the management team.

Aufgaben

Operation, maintenance and further development of the ERP application (modules, workflows, integrations, reporting)
Analysis of reservation, fleet, damage and financial data, and preparation of decision bases and monthly reports for the management team
Analysis and improvement of operational processes at the counter and in fleet operations
Maintenance of the interfaces to the industry platform WheelSys and to the payment service provider
Acting as the point of contact for ERP-related questions from branch and regional managers
Supporting the rollout in further businesses, including training and documentation, with occasional travel

Profil

A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field — or an equivalent practical qualification
Demonstrated practical experience in developing and operating a native iOS application in Swift
Experience working with operational systems and their interfaces, and with structured operational data for analysis and reporting
The ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technical solutions
Fluent English; German is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Zurich and to travel occasionally
Nice to have: Knowledge of processes in vehicle rental, fleet management or the mobility sector
Nice to have: Experience with Firebase or comparable backend services (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage)
Nice to have: Experience integrating payment service providers
Nice to have: Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational reporting
Nice to have: Experience working with businesses across several countries
