You will play a key role in ensuring robust AML and KYC standards while helping the business deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Officer (m/f/d) | 80-100%
• Manage and oversee AML, KYC, CDD and EDD processes across the client lifecycle
• Review and assess complex corporate, trust, holding and multi-layer ownership structures
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screenings
• Support client onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters
• Partner closely with business development and client-facing teams to facilitate efficient onboarding while maintaining the highest compliance standards
• Contribute to the enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies and internal controls
• Support risk assessments, audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and promote best practice across the organization
