Über den Job

On behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long term assignment a Compliance Control specialist with a positive mindset, a passion for their work, and a strong team spirit. As a Compliance Control Specialist, you contribute to the bank's control framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

Assess and test controls across various compliance areas
Identify gaps and support the implementation of corrective actions
Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Business teams
Help strengthen risk management practices and ensure effective control execution

Profil

University Degree (Business / Law)
3 - 7 years experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge in Compliance, Audit and Internal Control
Strong knowledge of regulatory framework (AML, KYC)
French and English fluent mandatory
Swiss residence mandatory
