More innovative. Faster. Better! We are looking for a driven and versatile Group Performance & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Niederwangen, Switzerland. In this high-visibility role, you will act as a strategic business partner to both our Group CEO and CFO. Supported by an established, high-performing team of three dedicated controllers, you will focus on driving business improvement initiatives, developing robust business cases, and shaping strategic and operational plans, forecasts, and scenarios - translating financial insights into measurable transformation outcomes. Your responsibilities Develop, lead, and execute global transformation initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption, ensuring milestone achievement and alignment with strategic objectives. Own business case development and financial planning, including budgets and rolling forecasts. Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). Conduct in-depth analyses of key business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and monitor execution and ROI of improvement initiatives. Act as a strong financial challenger and trusted partner to site management, international finance teams, and the general executive management.
