Aufgaben

Manage a customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies (+/- 2 million sales responsibility) through telephone, virtual meetings and video message
Identify customer needs based on a proactive consultant approach and promote DHL services and further customer development
Acquire and retain new customers based on leads from the Lead Qualification department
Ensure current conditions align with tariff and volume policy

Profil

First experience in sales (training period or full job)
Fluent knowledge of French and English (German is a plus)
Pronounced communication and negotiation skills based on consultant approach
Excellent customer and service orientation with strong quality awareness
Autonomous with organisational and self-discipline skills
Team player in international team and environment
Interest and understanding in logistics and transport business
Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom)
