Über den Job

Vidinext AG (Zug) seeks a German-speaking bookkeeper for remote, part-time engagement. The role covers financial administration of two Swiss-incorporated, FSE-listed media technology companies (holding and operational subsidiary).

Aufgaben

Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS requirements
Process invoices and payments
Handle payroll
Supervise VAT compliance, including EU OSS obligations and other statutory requirements
Assist in year-end closing preparation
Operate as local contact to Swiss auditors
Report to CFO in Germany

Profil

Detail-oriented
Fluent in German (essential); English working proficiency required
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
Familiarity with intercompany transactions (advantage)
Knowledge of listed company reporting obligations (advantage)
Experience with Abacus accounting software (advantage)

Rahmenbedingungen

Pensum: 20 hours/week (part-time)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
