Dartfish SA is a Swiss based company providing video-based performance analysis solutions. At Dartfish, we believe technology can make athletes better, teams stronger, officials fairer, and sport safer. To strengthen the team in Europe, with a particular focus on Switzerland and Italy, Dartfish is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager based at the headquarter in Fribourg.

Aufgaben

Drive new business growth by proactively prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with new customers, while building strategic relationships that expand Dartfish's market presence and revenue
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to build loyalty and identify up-selling and cross-selling possibilities
Manage contract renewals and customer retention initiatives, ensuring high renewal rates while identifying opportunities for account growth
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Dartfish solutions and achieve their objectives
Collaborate closely with other Country Managers on international initiatives and projects

Profil

Language Proficiency: Fluent in German or Swiss German (mandatory requirement), with a strong command of English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is an advantage
Personality: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with customers and partners
Tech-Savvy: Strong interest in technology and its applications in the sports industry
Travel Readiness: Open to and capable of traveling frequently
Professional Background: Previous experience in business development, account management or sales is a must
Sports Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a sport environment (e.g., as an athlete, coach, or support staff) is an advantage but not a must
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
