• Build trusted relationships with private clients and deliver tailored tax solutions that address their unique financial objectives.
• Develop and implement U.S. tax planning strategies that maximise tax efficiencies and support long-term wealth planning goals.
• Review complex U.S. tax returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Advise clients on complex U.S. tax matters, providing practical guidance in an evolving tax landscape.
• Analyse tax and financial data to generate insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Shape team development and contribute to practice growth through coaching, business development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Master's degree with a specialization in Accounting, Taxation or Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of U.S. taxation experience within an international accounting firm or similar environment, focusing on compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals.
• CPA qualification or IRS Enrolled Agent designation.
• Strong technical expertise in U.S. tax compliance, consulting and planning for private clients.
• Proven ability to identify client needs, develop new business opportunities and collaborate across teams.
• Experience leading teams and proficiency in U.S. tax compliance software as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
