Aufgaben

Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned with company objectives
Define and maintain a consistent global story across all regions, business units, and channels
Produce multi-media content (video, social media, web) to enhance digital engagement and brand presence
Manage global corporate digital channels, including website, content hubs, and social media platforms
Drive strategic storytelling and thought leadership showcasing scientific expertise, and execute global leadership communications (town halls, leadership forums, strategic announcements)
Design programs that strengthen employee alignment and corporate culture worldwide; build international media contacts and manage PR activities, press releases, and corporate announcements
Provide baseline crisis communication frameworks and align messaging with key external stakeholders when required
Manage global communications budgets, set best practices, and coordinate external agency partners

Profil

Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business Administration
7+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, strategic communications, or reputation management
Proven leadership track record within MedTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or other regulated industries
IT - CMS & Web: Solid experience managing corporate websites and content hubs (e.g., WordPress, Typo3, Adobe Experience Manager)
IT - Social Media & Analytics: Proficient with corporate platforms (LinkedIn, X) and digital analytics/social listening tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
IT - Content & Multi-Media: Hands-on experience with video editing, streaming tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
IT - AI & Modern Tech: Demonstrated use of AI-enabled communication tools and automation technology to enhance efficiency and reach
Languages: Business fluent in English and German (written and verbal); French is a plus
