Swissquote is the Swiss Leader in Online Banking, providing trading, investing and banking services to +650'000 clients. Join the Yuh Solutions Projects and Initiatives Team as a Business Analyst with strong project management experience to lead, plan, analyze and deliver features for the future of the Yuh Product, working closely with the Yuh Product team, developers and multiple stakeholders across Swissquote. You'll orchestrate projects at scale in autonomy, from framing ideas to writing specifications, following architectural and technical decisions, derisking compliance and regulatory aspects, and managing stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Be comfortable switching regularly from Project Management to Business Analysis tasks
Take ownership and responsibility of transversal projects from Discovery to business handover autonomously
Gather and aggregate business data to facilitate decision making and feature performance monitoring
Manage and balance actively stakeholders, escalate to management where and when needed
Perform options assessments and benchmarks
Write specifications
Organize and support testing
Interact with different development teams to implement solution
Define/build KPI linked to your projects
Keep your monitoring up to date and report deviations from defined standards
Lead integration with external partners
Ad hoc participation in larger corporate initiatives
Report to direct management, key stakeholders and take part to steering meetings
Navigate between the big picture and key details at all steps
Leave your own mark on processes, collaboration and methodology, propose creative ideas and challenge status quo

Profil

7+ years in a business analyst with a strong experience in project management role in a banking environment (experience as a PO on top also is a plus)
Strong complex projects analysis and leading experience
Strong operational and process culture towards efficiency and quality
Strong Business Analysis toolbox mastery
Internal and external client oriented
Open minded, curious, ready for the unknown and resilient, you know how to read situations and define strategies to reach your goals
Willing to jump on any kind of topic seeing them as an opportunity to learn and grow
