Customer Service Specialist, Scheduling & Cell Logistics 100% (Ref. 2814) - fluent in German Start January 2027 | 12-month contract | 40% Remote

In this versatile role, you will play a key part in coordinating and monitoring patient-related therapy processes, ensuring a seamless flow of information and operations. You will collaborate closely with treatment centers, Patient Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Your main tasks

Coordinate and monitor therapy and treatment schedules for assigned treatment centers
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics-related inquiries
Ensure an efficient end-to-end process throughout the entire patient journey
Maintain and manage relevant data and information within the appropriate systems
Analyze and resolve process deviations and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Support the handling of inquiries related to planning and portal solutions
Contribute to projects and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry in customer service, patient services, account management, logistics or supply chain
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High level of customer and service orientation with a professional demeanor
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse stakeholders
Fluent in German and English is required, along with fluency in either French, Spanish or Italian.
