Advance Glion's applied research agenda by producing and disseminating high-quality research, contributing to accreditation KPIs, and strengthening Glion's standing as a thought leader in luxury hospitality Support applied research impact and industry engagement by integrating industry partnerships, data, and practitioner insights into research, teaching, and externally funded or industry-sponsored projects Contribute to the strategic development of the GRPI department by supporting research themes, funding opportunities, and cross-disciplinary initiatives Provide research leadership and mentoring, guiding junior faculty, shaping research themes, supervising publication pipelines, and supporting grant applications and funded projects Teaching on graduate and executive level and ensuring research insights are actively embedded into the classroom teaching and student experience.
