• Group Accountant | Single Family Office (m/f/d) 100%
• Manage accounting, statutory reporting and financial statements for multiple Swiss entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Lead the Group consolidation process and consolidated reporting.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisers and other partners.
• Support ongoing improvements to accounting, reporting and control processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams and external service providers across multiple countries.
• Ensure alignment between local and Group reporting requirements.
• Serve as a key contact for accounting, reporting and governance matters across the Group.
• Support shareholder reporting and executive presentations.
• Help develop scalable finance, reporting and governance processes.
• Contribute to system improvements, automation initiatives and process optimisation.
• Support strategic projects and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Coordinate corporate governance and company secretarial activities across the Group.
• Organise board and shareholder meetings and governance reviews.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions, minutes and related documentation.
• Maintain statutory records, filings and corporate documentation.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and coordinate with legal advisers and service providers.
• Support the governance and administration of investment and holding structures.
