Business & Contract Coordinator

Sonic Suisse is a comprehensive network of regional laboratories with more than 2,500 employees operating in German-, French-, and Italian-speaking Switzerland, part of the global Sonic Healthcare Group. The role ensures the availability of high-quality and reliable customer and contract data within the CRM system for Marketing, Sales, and other business functions. It supports operational customer and marketing communications, as well as cross-functional activities, through data analysis and preparation. Furthermore, the role fosters collaboration between CRM, Marketing, Sales, and adjacent departments to design and execute efficient, data-driven business processes.
