The SCQM Foundation operates Switzerland's leading nationwide registry for rheumatic diseases, collecting standardized data from both healthcare professionals and patients, with the goal of improving treatment quality through the use of digital tools and real-world data, while also promoting medical research in this field. To achieve its mission, the foundation collaborates with partners from industry, offering a range of services in exchange for financial contributions that support its operations. We are looking for a proactive, analytically minded colleague to lead SCQM's partnerships and further develop its data-driven services at the intersection of healthcare, science, real-world data and industry partnerships.

Aufgaben

Managing and developing existing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies
Identifying and approaching potential new industry partners
Presenting SCQM's work, services and value proposition to current and prospective partners
Translating insights from SCQM real-world data into relevant and actionable messages for partners
Working with SCQM's Head of Data Products to further develop SCQM's service portfolio
Proposing data-driven insights and services that meet the needs of existing and potential partners
Further developing SCQM's partnership model
Preparing, negotiating and coordinating collaboration contracts in alignment with SCQM's governance standards
Supporting the development of new funding models and strategic collaborations, including with public authorities, insurers, foundations and other actors in the healthcare system
Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and presenting SCQM, its registry, services and added value to external stakeholders

Profil

A university degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, public health, health economics, business administration, data science, epidemiology or a related discipline
Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, project and stakeholder management, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, research, real-world data or the pharmaceutical environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
The ability to build trust-based relationships with different stakeholders
Good negotiation skills and a professional, confident manner
Analytical thinking and the ability to identify relevant insights, patterns and opportunities in data-driven services
The ability to understand scientific and data-related topics and translate them into clear messages for non-specialist audiences
A proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
Strong organisational skills and the ability to move topics forward independently
Fluency in English; German and/or French are an advantage

Pensum: 60%
Close collaboration with SCQM's Co-Director & Head of Science and SCQM's Head of Data Products, as well as with experts from medicine, science, data management, data science, industry and the wider healthcare system
