Join Our Team as Revenue Manager – Sales & Partnerships at HELVO SA Helvo is a Swiss fintech on a mission to give SMEs a single, digital home for their business finances — account, payments, cards, invoicing and cash-flow tracking, available 24/7 and without paperwork. As a Sales Associate, you sit at the crossroads of our growth: you meet prospective business owners, guide them from first contact through a smooth digital onboarding, and build the network of partners — incubators, business associations, accounting firms — who bring them to us in the first place. You will run demo calls, represent Helvo at networking events across Switzerland, and keep our commercial pipeline sharp, all while working closely with our Support and Product teams to make sure every SME's first experience with Helvo is a good one. It's a hands-on, high-volume role for someone who enjoys both the chase of new business and the discipline of following it through to a signed, active customer.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and prioritise the commercial pipeline.
Run presentation and demo calls with prospective SME clients.
Identify, approach and develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, business associations and accounting firms.
Represent Helvo at networking events and professional fairs.
Perform first-level checks on prospects (legal form, business consistency) before entering into a relationship.
Keep the CRM pipeline accurate and contribute to the weekly sales & revenue review.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) — mandatory to cover Swiss-German partners. French a plus.
Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally with SMEs.
Comfortable working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) and keeping a pipeline clean and up to date.
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort representing the company at external events.
Strong sense of organisation
Experience in fintech, banking or financial services for SMEs.
Existing network within the Swiss entrepreneurial ecosystem (incubators, business associations, accounting firms).
Basic understanding of Swiss company law forms (LTD, LLC, sole proprietorship) and KYB-type checks.
