• Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure engineering and operations, primarily in on-premises environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware and enterprise storage and backup solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking, Active Directory, DNS, PKI and infrastructure security.
• Experience with scripting, automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience in infrastructure migrations and complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of technical ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and multicultural teams.
• English at a professional level is mandatory.
