Manage maintenance contracts, including contract administration and annual invoicing follow-up.
Process and monitor SaaS contracts and orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
Manage Customer Service (CS) orders throughout the order process.
Administer Enigma licenses, including dongle replacements, returns tracking, and related invoicing.
Support import/export logistics, intercompany shipments, and push kit activities.
Process direct spare parts orders outside the Customer Service process.
Support Application Center test-cut invoicing and provide related administrative support.

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with SAP; or strong willingness and ability to learn new ERP systems and digital tools.
Good IT skills and ease in working with different software applications.
Previous experience in purchasing/procurement is an advantage, or strong interest in learning and developing negotiation skills.
Professional level of written and spoken English.
