Our client is a Swiss company, a mid-sized organisation within the medical and healthcare sector. To strengthen the HR function, they are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the team.

Aufgaben

Independently manage the full payroll cycle for around 300 employees
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Manage life cycle and HR administration
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
Utilize and optimize HR systems and tools, including: Excel (advanced level), SharePoint, AI-enabled tools and digital solutions
Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Profil

Proven experience as a Payroll Expert / Payroll Specialist
Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Swiss payroll
High level of independence and accountability
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven approach

Rahmenbedingungen

Pensum: 80-100%
Interim position 6-12 months
